The Village Inn offers a variety of thoughtfully designed shared living spaces to ensure a warm, home-like stay for every guest.
Offering 4 private double bedrooms in a shared house, with easy access and self check in, on-site parking and comforting safety features. An inviting entrance leads into a spacious living room, with workspace, dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for relaxing or socializing.
Guests can enjoy a quiet reading and workspace area, ideal for unwinding with a book or getting a bit of work done. The welcoming dining area accommodates all guests comfortably, while the well-equipped kitchen is available for everyone to prepare their favourite meals.
There is an under cover patio and garden area, providing a relaxed outdoor space for smokers or for enjoying a casual barbeque with fellow guests.

ACCESS AND SECURE FEATURES​

Prior to arrival guests will download the Yale Home App to their Android (available on Play store) or Apple (IOS) devices and create an account by registering their details. Once registered, your app will receive an invite to use The Village Inn access.
NB: Enable Bluetooth and keep Bluetooth on for the duration of your stay, access is only possible while Bluetooth is enabled and device is within range of the gate or door being accessed.
All should be active once registered and within near range of the access point.
NB: YOUR DEVICE IS ESSENTIALLY YOUR KEY, SO HAVE IT WITH YOU FOR EASE OF ACCESS.

EXIT - Convenient "no touch" exit system to leave the front security gate and roadside pedestrian gate.
Open front door and wave across both illuminated "EXIT" buttons - the security gates unlock for 20 seconds, just enough time for you to get to the street !
Exterior cameras monitor outdoor areas and perimeter 24/7.

An entrance hall, TV lounge, reading corner, well equipped kitchen, dining area, covered patio with seating and garden are all available for shared guest use and all doors are secured with safety gates. For early or late check ins, we offer an unmanned luggage store facility.
Guests are to use communal space and shared equipment collegially to the shared enjoyment of others.
We kindly request that all equipment used is replaced, as and where found.
Daily housekeeping is offered in all shared areas (kitchen, entrance, lounge and patio areas) as well as quick tidy of bedrooms and bathrooms. Linen and towels are refreshed every four days, guests are welcome to request additional towels or linen change, should it be necessary.
This is a non-smoking property and smoking of cigarettes and electronic cigarettes is NOT allowed, other than in the garden. Bins provided.
